Who is this for?

This work is designed for women who feel a call to deeper healing and more authentic living. You may find yourself here if:

  • You are preparing for birth: You want to clear ancestral fears, understand your nervous system, and enter motherhood from a place of sovereignty rather than "inherited" anxiety.

  • You are integrating a birth experience: Whether your birth was recent or years ago, you may feel "stuck" in the story, disconnected from your body, or haunted by feelings of grief, rage, or "not being enough."

  • You are navigating sexual or birth trauma: You are ready to gently discharge stored shock from your tissues and rewire your body to feel like a safe, pleasurable place to live.

  • You are a mother breaking cycles: You find yourself reacting to your children from a place of "Adaptive Child" shame or grandiosity and want to parent from your Functional Adult self.

  • You feel "fine" but disconnected: You are seeking a path back to your own pleasure, vitality, and sense of self that exists outside of your roles as a mother or partner.

  • You struggle with intimate relationships: You have been seeking your life partner for a long time, but it never works out and your fed up of being single.

Your healing is the greatest gift you can give to yourself and the generations that follow.

1. Family Constellations Therapy

We look at your challenges within the context of your entire family system. By revealing hidden dynamics and unspoken burdens from your maternal line, we restore the "flow of love" and ensure you aren't carrying trauma that doesn't belong to you.

2. Somatic Trauma Release

Trauma is not just a memory; it is a physiological state stored in the nervous system. Through breath, movement, and body awareness, we help your body complete the "stress response" that may have frozen during a traumatic birth or sexual event, restoring a sense of safety and "alert relaxation".

3. Re-Parenting & The Inner Child

To parent with presence, we must first learn to hold our own vulnerable parts. Re-parenting involves identifying where your needs weren't met in childhood and learning how to provide that "secure base" for yourself now, reducing the "mum rage" or "mum guilt" that stems from unmet needs.

4. Individuals Relational Life Therapy (RLT)

We apply the principles of Relational Life Therapy to your relationship with yourself. We identify the protective "stances" you took on to survive and work to bring you into your Functional Adult self—the part of you that is capable of setting boundaries, staying connected to your pleasure, and living with full self-respect.

A Multi-Dimensional Approach

I don't just treat symptoms; together we work with the "four layers" of your experience—ancestral, physical, emotional, and relational.

How it Works: Your Path to Embodied Healing

Our sessions are not typical "talk therapy."

We work with both your body’s nervous system and your conscious mind to create lasting change.

  1. Tending the Soil (Somatic Grounding): We begin in the body. Before we dive into the depths, we find the "islands of safety" within your nervous system. Through Somatic Release, we listen to the quiet whispers of your tissues, allowing the frozen echoes of birth or sexual trauma to finally thaw and flow.

  2. Tracking the Threads (Systemic Uncovering): We look to the women who came before you. Through Family Constellations, we identify the invisible loyalties and ancient griefs you may be carrying in your womb. We gently return these burdens to the past, clearing the path for you to birth yourself—and your children—into a new story.

  3. The Inner Alchemy (Re-Parenting): We meet the small, younger versions of you who are still waiting for protection or permission. Through Re-Parenting, you become the sanctuary you always needed, tending to your inner child with a fierce and steady devotion that settles the heart.

  4. Living in Your Power (Functional Adult Integrity): Using the wisdom of Relational Life Therapy, we bridge the gap between your healing and your daily life. You learn to step out of the shadows of your "Adaptive Child" and into your Functional Adult—the woman who knows her worth, speaks her truth, and inhabits her pleasure with full-respect living.

I work a lot with guided visualisation that can sometimes incorporate aspects of all of the above. Listening deeply to the feelings, the story, the relating. Bringing in resource for you - whether thats an Oak tree or a your wise adult self we can dive deep into any experience, and bring whatever shifts need to come to create lasting change, relief, empowerment and inner peace.
